1. Product Description:
This Machine for Packing High Bulk Density, Free-flowing Powdery and Granular Materials into Valve Bags, Representative Materials are PVC, Polystyrene Resin, Compound Fertilizer, Urea, Grain, Refractory Materials, and etc.

● Packing Rate: 2-4 bags/minute (packing speed depends on the material features and packing bags)

3．Working Principle:
DCS-FWZL series packing machine adopts gravity free flowing method. A pneumatically controlled two-position feed gate is used to realize fast and slow feeding materials. When filling weight reaches preset value, feeding system stops running , packing bag will be manually taken off, thus single packing is finished.
4.Application
Suitable material include: Ferrous Metal, Nonmetal, Non-metallic mines, Refractory Materials, Feed etc.
